At PD&CL we aim to deliver snag free projects every time, without exception. For us, all projects are delivered with an eye for quality and we only use the most trusted tradesmen and good quality materials to deliver this. Much of our business is repeat or by recommendation and we believe our snag free approach is one of the key ingredients attributed to the continued success of our business.

Equal Opportunities
We recognise that the provision of equal opportunities in the workplace is not only good management practice, but it also makes sound business sense. Our equal opportunities policy helps all those who work for us to develop their full potential and the talents and resources of the workforce will be utilised fully to maximise the efficiency of the organisation.
Sustainability
PD&CL are committed to creating long term customer and employee relationships. We aim to do this through understanding our customers and employees needs and to continually monitor our impact on the social and natural environment.
We are committed to introducing young people into the construction industry whether it be a tradesmen apprenticeship or administration. We believe it is vital that young people are attracted in to the industry and given the opportunity to train to a high standard whilst earning a decent wage.
