PD&CL provides a flexible service to the commercial market.
Specialities include commercial/industrial property refurbishment programmes, external cladding, shop fitting, office refurbishments, social housing and service personnel refurbishments, disabled adaptations, planned maintenance, small works projects, installation of budget to bespoke kitchens and bathrooms, and property maintenance. All of our employees are qualified tradesmen and are recognised under the CSCS and CPCS schemes, They are part of a successful team that supplies good quality workmanship on time and in a responsible manner.
Construction and Refurbishment
We have delivered various ruction and refurbishment projects for our clients. These projects range from single house fire damage refurbishment to the delivery of all internal building fabric work for the refurbishment of an existing Chinook hangar and the ruction of a new control centre/briefing facility.
Interior Fit Out Projects
With the ever increasing desire for companies looking to entice the brightest stars to join them, there is the drive to provide modern and inviting working environments. PD&CL have had the opportunity to deliver a number of high profile projects with fantastic results.
Along with these types of projects we are experienced with the delivery of shop fitting and have successfully delivered a significant number of stores for our clients such as Screwfix, New Look, etc.
Fabrication and Joinery
We offer design, manufacturing, installation & project management services for various commercial and domestic building projects. We specialise in the use of KRION and XLIGHT, two of Porcelanosa’s most advanced, pre-eminent, and creative products.
Domestic Heating & Plumbing
Domestic heating services are provided in accordance with Gas Safe standards. PD & CL hold up to date Gas Safe registration and are well placed to deliver multiple property heating upgrades and installs. Our client, Carillion Amey, employ us to undertake boiler upgrades on service family accommodation.
Customer care
PD&CL provides an extensive customer care service to the Symphony Group and Muse Developments. Our dedicated customer care team ensures that all customers are dealt with professionally and efficiently to a successful conclusion. We have a dedicated team who contacts our clients customers to arrange appointments and a site team that completes the work. We offer a unique service to our clients whereby we are able to off load customer care materials and store them safely and correctly in our own warehouse facility. Our customer care service is offered across the South West region.
Warehousing
PD&CL has its own safe and secure warehousing facility and can store materials or items for onward delivery. We have a small fleet of delivery vans that can handle most items up to 1500kg with maximum dimensions of 3.8m x 2.2m. The warehouse is owned and operated entirely by PD&CL and our clients can opt for either short or long term storage options. With our close links to the M5 we make an obvious choice on location and ease of access to the road network.
